I contacted Cecilia in January 2011. At that time my BMI was on the high side of the obese range. With a family history of Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, I knew I needed to make some changes. Cecilia recommended I start drinking Shakeology, so I did.
Cecilia helped me train and run my first FULL marathon. She gave me the motivation and support I needed to keep me going on those long runs. She offered advice for nutritional plans and training programs.
