Hey Ladies! My name is Cecilia Ticsay and I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am asked all the time about dieting. “What should I eat?” “I want to lose weight so should I cut out carbs?” “Should I stop eating wheat?” These are all great questions, however I have found that this is a sticky question to answer, mainly because we are all so different and that one size does not fit all. Trust me, I get it! I have realized that as I age, my body, whether on the inside or the outside, changes.
