What if I said you can have your ice cream and eat it too? I have figured out a way to makeĀ healthy ice cream anyone can enjoy and it taste great too!

What you will need:

  • 4 bananas (see note)
  • 1 Tbs natural nut butter such as almond, peanut, cashew or what you like
  • 1 scoop chocolate or greenberry Shakeology
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ice

Put all ingredents in a blender and blend until it looks like ice cream. Serve and Enjoy!

Note: when bananas get too ripe on the counter I peel them and slice into individual zip loc baggies. I then place in the freezer. Then when needed I put frozen banana into the blender and omit the ice.
