Now that another holiday season is fast approaching, its time to give ourselves a little needed attention. Let’s face it no matter how clean or healthy we think eat or how much we think we exercise, there is always room for improvement. Every time I challenge myself to keep a food journal and kick up my workouts a notch or two, I notice my energy will increase and I will feel better each day physically and mentally. I do know how easy it is to get off track, especially this time of year. Parties, goodies, and festive times are all so tempting. Are you not sick and tired of that sluggish & bloated feeling you get after eating some of those “treats”? That’s when it came to me that this holiday season, I was not going to let weeks and months of all my hard work go to waste.

How about we go into this season with a different mindset and with a 3 Day Refresh followed by 30 Day Clean Eating with Shakeology group? This is perfect!!

3 day - need a break

Since we are going into the holidays and I know how tough this time of year can be, I will give you a entire week of tips to not fall back into those bad habits, how you can still enjoy the parties and some treats, and how to not feel deprived but have balance in your busy schedule. So no matter what, you can be guilt free and feel accountable.

We will start the week with the 3 Day Fresh followed by 30 days of replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology. If you want to also work out, I encourage you to Beachbody Fitness Program like PiYo which is low impact, core strengthening and has short workouts. At the end of the 30 days your will have kicked some of those bad habits, get into that party dress you’ve always wanted and be well on your way to creating a lifetime of health and wellness for you and those you care about!
